Property:

  • Made from cow's milk, with only the milk fat separated (≥99.8% milk fat).
  • Appearance: Light golden yellow, clear texture, with a natural milky aroma and flavor.
  • Very low moisture content (<0.1%), allowing for long shelf life.

Applications:

  • Used in bakery products, ice cream, chocolate, dairy spreads, sauces, and processed foods.
  • Enhances flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel.
  • Used in recombined dairy product formulas.

Origin:

  • Produced by Fonterra – New Zealand and Australia.

Packing Size:

  • Normal: 210 kg steel drum.

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months from the date of manufacture.
  • Store in a cool, dry place. Prevents oxidation.
