Property:

- Appearance: Light golden yellow, clear texture, with a natural milky aroma and flavor.
- Very low moisture content (<0.1%), allowing for long shelf life.
Applications:
- Used in bakery products, ice cream, chocolate, dairy spreads, sauces, and processed foods.
- Enhances flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel.
- Used in recombined dairy product formulas.
