Applications:

  • Functions as a bulking agent
  • Serves as a carrier for flavors and sweeteners
  • Used as a filler in food and beverages
  • Acts as an emulsifier in some formulations

Origin:

  • Produced from food-grade starch (corn, potato, wheat, or rice)
  • Process: Enzymatic hydrolysis

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months when stored in dry, ventilated conditions and protected from moisture (hygroscopic product)
