- Lower fat content than Wholemilk Powder
- Light cream color, clean aroma
Applications:
- Used in recombined milk products such as sweetened condensed milk, pasteurised milk, yogurt, fermented milk foods, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream mixes
- Not suitable for use in infant formula for children under 12 months
