Property:

  • Produced from pasteurized partly skimmed milk
  • Production process: spray drying
  • Good water solubility and dispersibility
  • Lower fat content than Wholemilk Powder
  • Light cream color, clean aroma

Applications:

  • Used in recombined milk products such as sweetened condensed milk, pasteurised milk, yogurt, fermented milk foods, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream mixes
  • Not suitable for use in infant formula for children under 12 months

Origin:

  • Produced by Fonterra, New Zealand

  • Multi-wall bag (outer paper + inner plastic liner)
  • 25 kg/bag (Net 25.0 kg, Gross 25.4 kg)

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months from production date
  • Store at temperature below 25°C, RH <65%, away from odors
