  • Alkalized cocoa powder (pH 6.9–7.3), medium brown color, rich cocoa flavor with no off-taste. Fine powder, 99.5% passing through 200 mesh sieve.

Applications:

  • Used in bakery, cocoa beverages, ice cream, chocolate, confectionery, sauces, and cocoa-based processed products.

Origin:

  • Manufactured in Malaysia (Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Malaysia)

Shelf Life:

  • 24 months from production date
  • Store at 12–20°C, RH ≤70%, in a clean, dry, odor-free environment
